Purchased the Frigidaire freezer FFU14F5HW in Oct 2008 (from Lowes) and it failed in Sept. 2010, not up to two 12 monthss later. Not best will this freezer be filling up our landfills with it's useless physique, however it has wasted my hard-earned money, each the money I spent to purchase it and the masses of greenbacks in pricey meals that spoiled. I do not consider a freezer that ultimates less than two yrs a high quality product.

My expertise forgeds very severe doubt on the quality of any Frigidaire product.

The fan is so loud we hear it right through the house. The carrier guy who came to test it out mentioned all that was once completely normal, simply get used to it. Also was once told the fan used to be in all frost free freezers. Why the fan has to be so loud is a mystery. Buy something instead of this unit.......
